Our introductory courses are designed to take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Intermediate and advanced courses may vary in length.

You can retake the final assessment as many times as you need. We recommend reviewing the course material before each attempt. You need to achieve a score of at least 80% to pass.

Click “My Account” in the navigation bar and select the “Register” tab. Fill in your details and you will be ready to enrol in courses.

No. Each account is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension without a refund. If your organisation needs multiple accounts, please use our bulk purchase option.

Your certificate is issued automatically once you pass the final assessment. You can view and download it from the “My Certificates” section of your account.

Yes. Certificates include an expiry date, typically 1 to 2 years from the date of completion. This reflects the evolving nature of best practice in autism and ADHD support. We encourage learners to re-certify when their certificate expires.

Your certificate shows your name, the course title, the date of completion, the expiry date, and CPD accreditation details.

Organisations can purchase multiple course seats at a discounted rate. The more seats you purchase, the greater the discount. Once purchased, you can invite staff members to enrol via our organisation dashboard.

Yes. The organisation dashboard provides full visibility of learner progress, completion rates, and certificates. You can also export progress reports for your compliance records.
